Hospital employed practice seeks a BC/BE Pediatrician to join their team
Salary: $305,000+ includes quality incentives up to $30k annually, RVU bonus based on annual threshold
Join four Physicians and two allied health professionals in practice
Four 10-hour days per week
1:3 call (currently shared with 4 physicians)
See an average 15-20 patients per day
Scribe provided for providers that average 15+ patients per day
Population: 35,000
