Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Monday- Friday 8a-5p
Avg Patients/day: 18-20
Ages: Adults
Cases: Bread and butter Primary Care
EMR: EPIC
Credentialing: 30-60 days

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

Board-Certified Family Medicine MD/DO
Minimum 2 years' exp in Primary Care
Active CA License
Active CA DEA
