- Permanent, full-time opportunity
- Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible Pediatrician
- Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving underserved and uninsured populations
- Hiring due to continued growth and community need
- Monday-Friday schedule
- 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Outpatient primary care practice
- Average patient volume of 20-22 patients per day
- No night or weekend call
- Join a multidisciplinary team including Family Medicine physicians, Pediatricians, Internists, Endocrinologists, Dentists, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, and Licensed Clinical Social Workers
- Health system provides approximately 180,000 patient visits annually for 48,000 patients
- Current residents, board eligible, and board certified Pediatricians welcome to apply
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Patient population includes primarily Medi-Cal, Medicare, and county insurance plans, with some HMO/PPO and self-pay patients
- EMR: AmazingCharts or paper charts with e-prescribing (varies by location)
