Central Illinois (45 Minutes South of Champaign) - Pediatric Hospitalist JobClinical Role

- Permanent, full-time position
- Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible Pediatrician
- January 2027 start date
- Inpatient-only Pediatric Hospitalist position
- Share a 5-on / 10-off (approximately) schedule with two other pediatricians
- Round on pediatric inpatients and newborns
- Level II nursery averaging approximately 800 deliveries annually
- Must have (or obtain) NRP certification
- Participate in high-risk delivery attendance as needed
- Round and go model with a 15-minute response time during 24-hour call shifts
- Cerner EMR
- Clinical autonomy with physician-directed practice
- Work alongside three full-time Advanced Practice Providers
- Potential future APP supervision (not currently required)
- W2 employment
- No visa sponsorship available
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary
- $75,000 sign-on bonus
- $100,000 retention bonus
