Job description

  • ASAP - 10/31/2026
  • Call Only - In-House Call
  • 24/7 service; 24-hour shifts
  • On-call response time: under 30 minutes
  • Daytime: mostly in-house due to volume; nighttime: trauma by beeper
  • Team runs all trauma calls
  • Setting: Trauma Level III facility (no pediatric trauma level)
  • Volume: 30 patient encounters per shift; census can exceed 30/day
  • Scope: Acute care surgical cases, ED consults, and urgent/emergent OR
  • EMR System: Epic
  • Call Response Time Required: 20 min
  • Requirements: Board Certified/Board Eligible, ATLS
  • Estimated credentialing timeframe: 30 days
