What We're Looking For
- Master's degree strongly preferred (MBA, MHA, Healthcare Administration, or similar)
- Previous healthcare operations leadership experience required
- Experience managing multiple departments or locations preferred
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Positive attitude with a high level of emotional intelligence
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to solve problems and make decisions independently
