Position Highlights - Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) opportunity
- Hospital-based practice providing anesthesia coverage
- Broad case mix across surgical services

Schedule - Monday-Friday daytime coverage approximately 6:30 AM-3:00 PM
- Average of one late-day shift per week (6:30 PM) when fully staffed
- Shared night float rotation throughout the year
- Night float rotation runs Thursday evening (6:30 PM) through Thursday morning (6:30 AM)
- Weekday night float shifts are 12 hours (6:30 PM-6:30 AM)
- CRNAs are off duty from 6:30 AM-6:30 PM during night float weeks
- Weekend and holiday coverage consists of 24-hour shifts
- 30-minute response time required
- Post-night float days off include Thursday and Friday following completion of night float week
Candidate Requirements - Current Registered Nurse License and Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner License
- Current CRNA certification through the National Board of Certification & Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
Compensation & Benefits - Base Salary:
- $310,000 for 0-5 years of experience
- $320,000 for 5+ years of experience
- Quality bonus potential up to 3% of base salary
