ATC West is seeking a Board-Certified Orthopedic Surgeon for an ongoing locum tenens opportunity in Kentucky. This is a call-only position with the potential for recurring coverage, providing care for a diverse patient population in a well-supported hospital setting.

Clinical Responsibilities
- Provide 24-hour orthopedic surgery call coverage
- Evaluate and treat orthopedic emergencies
- Perform urgent and emergent surgical procedures, including:
- Hip nailing procedures
- Fracture care
- Treatment of dislocations
- Hip and knee replacement
- Hip and knee revision/repair
- Arthroscopy
- General orthopedic surgical and non-surgical procedures
- Management of bone and joint deformities and tumors
- Spinal surgery (with and without instrumentation)
Qualifications
- Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery
- Active Kentucky medical license required (Physicians eligible through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) are encouraged to apply)
- Active DEA
- Current BLS certification
- Experience performing hip nailing procedures
- Experience with hip/knee replacements, revisions, arthroscopy, and general orthopedic surgery
- Ability to cover the requested dates
