Support Staff: 1 RN, 4 Radiation Therapists, 2 medical physicists and 3 Dosimetrists.
Case Mix: Various oncologic disease states
Duties: Oversee treatments, new consults, follow ups, planning, status checks, tumor conference participation.
Required Procedures: SBRT, IMRT, 3D, SRS
EMR: Epic
Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:
Active KY License or IMLC
BC/BE
BLS
DEA (can do a prescription plan if not issued by start date)
Clean record
Available to cover the dates
ACLS, PALS, NRP (preferred)
Local (preferred)
