- 6 Dermatologists + 1 Facial Plastic Surgeon + 1 Mohs Surgeon

- Active clinical research and mentorship programs

Position Highlights - Blend of General Dermatology + Cosmetics
- 4.5-day work week for optimal work-life balance
- Target patient volume: 35 patients/day
- Autonomy to shape your clinical mix
Compensation Structure - Year 1 -$400,000 Base + 40% collections (medical & cosmetics)
- Year 2+ - transition to collections model with increased % of collections year over year
High patient demand + affluent market = strong earning upside
