Shift: Days (2 clinic days, 2 OR days, 1 flex day) + call
Position Details:- Patient Population: Adult neurosurgery patients
- Setting: Inpatient, outpatient, and clinic at Level III Trauma Center
- Responsibilities: General neurosurgery coverage, clinic visits, operative cases, ER call coverage, imaging review from home, opportunity to build elective spine practice
- Required Procedures: General neurosurgical procedures with elective spine focus
- EMR System: EPIC
- Support Staff: 1 Neurosurgeon, 4 APPs/PAs, floor call support by PAs
- Days Per Month: Full-time schedule
- On-Call/Weekends: 7 ER call days per month with home imaging review; approximately 1 weekend/month
Submission Requirements:
- Board Certified or TRULY Board Eligible in Neurosurgery (ABNS only)
- Colorado license (or willing to obtain)
- DEA (prior to start)
- NPDB Self Query (within 30 days)
- Clean malpractice history
- Must not require visa support
- Permanent placement fee acknowledgment
