What You ll Do
- Prepare and operate ultrasound and vascular equipment following exam protocols
- Explain procedures to patients considering their age and understanding level
- Assess patient comfort and coordinate with physicians for interventions if needed
- Document patient information accurately in the EMR system (HMS Medhost)
- Maintain and adjust equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Follow established safety and quality standards during procedures
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive patient care
What You Need
Required: - Active ARDMS, BCLS, RVT certifications
- Proven ultrasound and vascular imaging experience
- Valid license and credentials for radiologic or diagnostic imaging practice in NH
- Strong communication and patient care skills
Preferred: - Prior experience in similar healthcare settings
