This is a rare opportunity to join a supportive, patient-centered team in a scenic Montana community, offering full-scope OB/GYN care with an emphasis on quality over quantity.
Position Highlights Schedule: 10 consecutive days ON (includes call & deliveries), followed by 20 days OFF every month
Practice Setting: Hospital + clinic
Team: 3 OB/GYN physicians sharing equal rotation (10 days/month each)
Low Volume: deliveries/year
Patient Load: patients/day
Focus: Personalized care, strong patient relationships, no production pressure
Practice Details 25-bed hospital
24/7 call during your 10-day rotation (20-minute response time)
Rotation runs 8:00 AM 8:00 AM
C-section rate: 28%
VBACs: Not performed
No high risk- all transferred out
CRNAs available for epidurals
Clinic Schedule:
Compensation & Benefits $325,000 Annual Salary
(Based on 10 working days/month in a low-volume setting)
Sign-on bonus + relocation assistance
Student Loan Repayment: Up to $150,000 (Montana program)
$5,000 CME allowance annually
