- Requested Date of Coverage and Schedule: Coverage begins in September 2026. The facility requires 3 weeks of coverage per month (11 shifts on 30-day months; 15 shifts on 31-day months).
- Schedule Details: 10-hour shifts (Clinical hours only)

- 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM
- 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM
- Number of Shifts Needed per Month: 11-15 shifts
- Patient Population/Case Load: Community ED with an annual volume of over 30,000 patients. The department has 22 beds (15 rooms and 7 hallway beds).
- Case Mix: Inpatient
- Trauma Level: Level 3
Licensing and Privileging:
- License: An active Washington State license or an IMLC membership is required.
- Willing to License: No
