Provide locum Cardiology support with onsite coverage from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM for General CardiologyNight call coverage from 4:30 PM to 8:00 AM for General Cardiology across all four campus locations (not every night)Hub and spoke model with hub being an academic medical center covering 4 hospitals for call with possibility of some ambulatory visitsRequired procedures include General Cardiology, ECHO, and TEEEMR system: EPICInpatient rounds supported by APP on weekdays only; no APP support on weekends or during night callNight call is low volume; most calls are regarding consults typically seen the following dayVery few physician-to-physician calls at night; calls primarily come from hospital medicine APPs, ER, transfer center, or call centerFellows handle first call at the academic campus; locum serves as secondary call coverage at that siteAverage census of 5-8 patients at each campus1.0 FTE position with coverage beginning October 2026 through December 2026 with potential for ongoing dates beyond December 2026Candidates must disclose specific available dates between October 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026 to be consideredCandidates must detail the number of shifts per month they can offer on an ongoing basisBoard Certified in Cardiology requiredActive Nebraska and/or Iowa license or IMLC (Letter of Qualification in hand at time of submission) requiredActive ACLS, BLS, and DEA highly preferredClean malpractice and background history highly preferredFacility:
