Provide locum tenens in-house call coverage for urology services on an ongoing basisCoverage needed 7-10 days per month with 24-hour call shiftsCall ratio of 4-6 with average callback hours of 2-8 per shift1-3 providers needed to fill coverage needs100% inpatient setting with potential for some added outpatient proceduresAverage of 6-12 patients per dayPerform general urology procedures including advanced endoscopic techniques and ureteroscopyESWL available on TuesdaysLaser certification required for procedural coverage2 onsite ambulatory APRNs available to provide clinic supportDocumentation completed via EPIC EMRBoard Certified or Board Eligible in Urology requiredActive KY license or active IMLC requiredActive DEA required; ACLS preferredWeekend call coverage includedFacility:
