Supplemental Health Care is hiring Physical Therapist Physical Therapists for full-time contract assignments at a partnering skilled nursing facility in Conifer, Colorado.

Qualifications:
- Current Colorado Physical Therapist License / Certification
- American Heart Association BLS
- 1 to 2 years of recent relevant experience
Physical Therapist Contract Details:
- $1,660 - $1,838 per week
- 13-week contract with possibility to extend
- Shifts are usually 8 hours, Monday through Friday
