• Monday, Tuesday & Thursday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
• DSO setting

Requirements:

• DDS or DMD
• Active Ohio dental license or ability to obtain one

Compensation & Benefits:

• 1099 Independent Contractor
