A thriving physician-owned practice in a desirable suburb of Lansing, MI is looking to bring on an OBGYN physician beginning in 2027 due to expansion.
-Join a close-knit group of 4 Physicians, 2 NPs and a CNM in this community-based OBGYN practice that places a broader focus on women's healthcare needs
-Office space to undergo renovations and expansion in 2026
-Practice is closely integrated with the local residency program and is the dominant private OBGYN practice within the community, in partnership with Mclaren Lansing Hospital System
-Additional comprehensive services such as onsite Breast Imaging, Hysteroscopic Procedures, Fertility treatment/Intrauterine Insemination procedures, and Lacation Consultant are available at this clinic
-Enjoy strong administrative support allowing you to focus on patient care
-Receive dedicated surgical block time at the hospital 1-2x/month with Robotics available
-Typically 1 surgery day per week
-Patient volumes ranging from 22-32 patients/day with ramp up over time
-Participate in a generous call schedule of 1:5, and support the Hospital OBGYN call group, covering 2-3, 24hr shifts per month.
-Referral to local MFM Specialists available for High-risk patients

-2-year guaranteed salary beginning at $350K; transitioning to a production-based model of compensation overtime with earning opportunities up to $600,000 annually
