Board Certifications Req'd/Preferred: Board Cert in Anesthesiology required
State License(s): PA
Certifications: BLS, ACLS
CSR Req'd: No
DEA Req'd?: Yes
Years of Experience Req'd: 1-2 years minimum
Credentialing Timeframe: 2-3 weeks for limited malp/background issues and not a lot of verifications. Otherwise can take 30-60 days.
