Locum Physician - Urology Opportunity in Atlantic City, NJ
Join a leading healthcare facility in Atlantic City, NJ, and make a difference in the lives of patients seeking urological care. This locum position offers the opportunity to work in both the Mainland division in Pomona and the City Division in Atlantic City. The practice setting is hospital-based, providing a comprehensive approach to urology with a focus on patient-centered care. Coverage is needed from August 2026 to December 2026.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide general urological care, including diagnosis and treatment.
- Perform inpatient diagnostic and therapeutic procedures such as cystoscopy, stent placement, and ureteroscopy.
- Handle emergency inpatient care and clot evacuations.
- Collaborate with ancillary staff, including two Advanced Practice Nurses at each site.
- Maintain accurate patient records and collaborate using Cerner EMR.
Qualifications
- Board Certified in Urology (REQUIRED)
- BLS Certification (REQUIRED)
- ACLS Certification (REQUIRED)
- New Jersey State License (in hand preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience with Cerner EMR (PREFERRED)
- NPDB Self-Query report (required at the time of presentation)
License and Certification Requirements

- ACLS - REQUIRED
- New Jersey State License - PREFERRED
