Assignment Details
- Setting: Hospital-Based Interventional Radiology
- Start Date: September 1, 2026 (August coverage also available)
- Contract: Ongoing
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM
- Call: Weeknight call (4:30 PM-7:30 AM) and 24-hour weekend call
- Response Time: 30 minutes
- Credentialing: Approximately 60 days
- Temporary Privileges: Available
- EMR: Epic
Clinical Responsibilities
- Perform a broad range of interventional radiology procedures for adult and pediatric patients
- Complete image-guided biopsies, drain placements, vascular interventions, embolization procedures, dialysis access procedures, and other advanced IR cases
- Participate in weekday and weekend call coverage
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide procedural care
- Perform procedures in the IR suite, CT, ultrasound, catheterization lab, and operating room
- No general diagnostic radiology reading responsibilities
Requirements
- MD or DO
- Board Certified in Interventional Radiology
- Active Pennsylvania medical license (or eligible for licensure)
- DEA and Pennsylvania CSR
- Minimum of one year of Interventional Radiology experience
- Ability to provide at least one week of coverage per month
- Eligible for hospital credentialing
