- Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for children and adolescents with complex behavioral health needs
- Serve as the supervising physician for multidisciplinary treatment teams in an inpatient and residential behavioral health setting
- Lead treatment planning, medication management, psychotherapy oversight, and family-centered care
- Collaborate with psychologists, therapists, nurses, social workers, and other behavioral health professionals
