FACILITY INFORMATION • No. of Beds in Department: 300 beds (24 ICU beds) - Waukesha; 156 beds (11 ICU beds) - Oconomowoc

• Office Equipment Available: ICU monitoring and critical care equipment
• Specialty Backup Available: CT Surgery, Interventional Radiology, Neurosurgery, Neurology, Nephrology
• Support Staff Available: MD and APP care team (1 MD + 1 APP day; 1 APP night with MD on-call)

JOB REQUIREMENTS • Licenses: Active WI license required
• Board: Board Certification required
• DEA: Active DEA required
• Certifications: ACLS required
• Experience: Recent critical care experience required
• Other Qualifications: Must provide case logs for past 2 years; vaccination records required; ability to work both day and night shifts
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide critical care services in ICU setting
• Manage complex patient cases and coordinate care with multidisciplinary team
• Perform daily rounding and patient assessments
• Provide telemedicine support as needed across facilities
• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to clinical protocols
