Work Details: will see patients in Chambersburg but will take phone calls from Gettysburg and Waynesboro and Fulton County Medical Center as needed
Support Staff: none - no APP support
Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: PRN (once every 12-14 weeks)
Callback per day: 10-12 hours
Patient Population/Age: all urologic patients
EMR: EPIC
Hospital Bed size: 76

Requirements:
Board Certification: BC or BE in urology
License Required: PA license
DEA: yes
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days, temps available with a clean file
2hr Gratis
Active PA License or IMLC LOQ in hand Required
Prefer someone who is good with communication
