Interventional Radiologist Locums Job Texas 2027
Dates of Coverage: Starting as soon as January 2027 for ongoing supplemental coverage support throughout the year.
Details/Requirements:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM
No rounding
Call requirements are TBD if needed
7-10 IR procedures per day
Procedures include: Embolizations, TIPS, some Y-90s, paracenteses, thoracenteses, drain placements, ablations, and mediport placements
Board Certified required
Open to licensing for this position
EMR: Epic
Support staff includes IR techs, radiology nurses, and CRNA support for scheduled procedures and emergencies
Collegial, physician-friendly environment within a growing health system
Required to complete 6 hours of neonatal/pediatric/adolescent-specific CME at initial appointment and annually thereafter
