Cardiology - Interventional Physician

Job description

  • Start Date: 8/17
  • Contract Length: ongoing
  • Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:00am 5:30, possible weekend. This will be a rotation of hospital/clinic each week

Work Details:

  • Support Staff: MA,PCT, Nurse, PA support for inhouse
  • Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: ongoing coverage
  • Patient Population/Age: 60+
  • Department Description: interventional cardiology coverage STEMI/Cardiology Consults. No CT back-up. TEES (maybe 1-2 a day), Hospital consults (8-14 per day). Clinic sees 18-24 patients per day.
  • EMR: Cerner
  • Skills Preferred: interpersonal and relational with staff and patients
  • Interview Process: TEAMS

Practice Setting:

  • Hospital/Clinic

Requirements:

  • Board Certification: Board Certified in Interventional Cardiology
  • License Required: AZ License - we have time to license
  • Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS
  • Minimum Experience Required: 2 years
  • Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
