- Schedule: 2-3 days per week, 8:00am - 4:30pm, no call
- Job Setting: Outpatient clinic, average 20 patients per day
- Types of Cases: Hematology Oncology, new patients and follow-up visits, chemotherapy treatment plans
- Credentialing: 90 days
Minimum Requirements
- Board Certified in both Hematology and Oncology
- Certifications: DEA
- Licensure: Active Indiana license required
