- Provider Min # Shifts Required: Shifts listed below, will prioritize providers who are available for consistent coverage multiple shifts per month for continuity of care.
- Guaranteed Hours per Day: 10
- Hours Worked for OT to apply: 10 hours per day
- Rates to be Filled Out on Bid: Clinic and Call: Regular, Orientation, Overtime, Holiday, Night Call, 24 Hour Call, Call-Back.
