Job Requirements
- Board Certified in Urology required; Board Eligible candidates will also be considered
- Active Kentucky medical license or active IMLC required
- DEA registration required
- ACLS preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of urology experience preferred
- Experience with general urology, ureteroscopy, advanced endoscopic techniques, and laser certification
- Ability to provide in-house call and weekend call coverage
Responsibilities
- Provide locum tenens urology coverage for inpatient call needs and outpatient support
- Evaluate and manage adult urology patients in a hospital-based setting
- Perform general urology procedures, including ureteroscopy and advanced endoscopic techniques
- Support weekend coverage and 24-hour call coverage as scheduled
- Collaborate with onsite advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and clinical teams
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently in EPIC
