Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PMSeeking full-time coverage with willingness to take multiple providers for long-term consistent coverageBread-and-butter neurology practice seeing patients with migraines, Parkinson's disease, MS, follow-up stroke, seizures, neuropathy, and similar conditionsExpected patient volume of 12-16 encounters per shiftProvider must be comfortable managing minimal opioid stable patients' medication managementMigraine treatment with Botox administration is a plusBoard certification required (minimum certified)BLS certification requiredFacility:
