Opportunity:

Physician - Oncology Gynecology


Job Details:

  • Coverage needed for the following shifts: July 27 (Monday) starting 7:00 AM to August 8 (Saturday) ending 8:00 AM; September 19 (Saturday) starting 7:00 AM to October 12 (Monday) ending 8:00 AM

  • Shifts are offered in 7-day blocks with flexibility on scheduling

  • Weekday schedule includes after-hours call only with APPs taking first call Monday through Friday

  • Clinic hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch break

  • OR hours are approximately 7:00 or 8:00 AM to 4:00 or 5:00 PM (8-hour day)

  • 24-hour call required on weekends

  • 2-hour gratis provided for 24-hour call

  • Support staff includes 2 Medical Assistants and 3 APPs

  • Approximately 1 week of coverage needed per month with some exceptions

  • Office sees approximately 15 to 20 patients per day; OR as needed

  • Patient population is adults 18 and older

  • Department consists of 1 surgeon and 3 APPs

  • EMR system is EPIC

  • Academic hospital setting with residents assigned to service on rotation

  • Includes ambulatory surgery center and medical group practice clinic setting

  • Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Gynecologic Oncology required

  • Active Pennsylvania license or IMLC Letter of Qualification required

  • DEA required
