Seeking a BC/BE Plastic Surgeon to join a growing, well-established practice!
The Practice:
- 1:4 call
- Single campus with outpatient surgery center
- Practice encompasses General Plastic Surgery, OMF, Breast Reconstruction, Flaps, Trauma and Wound Care, along with Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
- Microsurgery and/or hand experience welcomed but not exclusive
- Teaching/Academic opportunities available
- Large built-in referral base
- PSLF eligible, Non-profit system
- $700K compensation floor for 2 years plus personally performed wRVUs
- $200K signing/retention incentive, relocation reimbursement, PTO, CME and paid malpractice with tail coverage
