Anesthesiologist

Location: Illinois
Schedule: Day shifts. 8 hour shifts required with 10 hour shifts preferred, Monday through Friday. No call. No weekends.

Position Overview
Provide anesthesiology coverage in a hospital setting in a medical direction model. This role includes a broad case mix and requires board certification as outlined in the order details.

Clinical Scope

Medical direction model with supervision ratio up to 1 to 4

Case mix includes general, neuro, orthopedics, obstetrics, and pediatrics

EMR: Epic

Responsibilities include pre anesthesia assessment, discussing anesthetic options and risks, induction, maintenance, emergence, physiologic monitoring, and clinical interventions as neededRequired Qualifications

MD or DO

Board certified in Anesthesiology

Active Illinois medical license required to present

Completion of an approved anesthesia residencyAdditional Requirements

Provider must reside more than 60 miles from the worksiteCredentialing

Estimated privileging timeframe is approximately 60 days

Completion bonus: $15,000 after 13 weeks and 520 hours worked, as outlined in the order detailsTravel and Lodging
