Neonatology Nurse Practitioner

Coverage: 4-6 shifts per month with the option to work consecutive shifts

Patient Volume: 15-16 patient encounters per 24-hour shift

Requirements: Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification

Setting: Level IIIB NICU

Scope: Delivery attendance, neonatal resuscitations, rounding, consults, and newborn procedures

Core Skills: Neonatal resuscitation, NICU management, newborn consults, and deliveries

Support: Residents, transport team, and dedicated NICU staff

Credentialing: 60 days with temporary privileges available
