- Schedule: 24-hour call coverage (7:00 AM 7:00 AM)
- Ongoing Availability: Multiple week-long coverage blocks available
Practice Details
- Dedicated 24/7 orthopedic trauma call
- No outpatient clinic responsibilities
- Surgical management of orthopedic trauma cases as needed
- Procedures: General orthopedic surgery and fracture care
- Average patient volume: 1 2 patients per day
- Average callback time: Approximately 2 hours
- Hospitalists manage medical admissions

- Experienced Emergency Department and Operating Room teams
- Credentialing timeframe: Approximately days
Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- Completion of an Orthopedic Surgery residency
- Nebraska medical license or IMLC eligibility
- DEA required
- ATLS preferred
