Emphasis on weekend coverage
Weekday availability also considered, particularly Mondays and Fridays
Requirements
Active Connecticut license
Board Certified or Board Eligible
Active DEA registration
Active certifications: BLS, ACLS, ATLS, and PALS
Assignment Details
Specialty: Urgent Care
Providers should be flexible regarding work location assignments (split the day between two locations)
Ability to travel at least 45 minutes
Ability to accommodate reasonable last-minute schedule changes due to callouts
Exact site assignments may be adjusted
