As a Transport Driver/CNA, you'll help residents safely access care while providing hands-on support and compassion every step of the way.

What You'll Do
  • Schedule and/or provide transportation for residents to and from appointments

  • Assist residents safely during transport and appointments

  • Drive center van (similar in size to a minivan)

  • Transport a maximum of two patients at a time

  • Split duties 50/50 between floor CNA responsibilities and transport driving

  • Provide resident care according to an approved Care Plan

  • Assist with daily activities, personal care, and resident safety

  • Maintain and respond to resident medical record requests

  • Follow infection control procedures and safety protocols

  • Complete required documentation, including vitals

  • Report any violations of the Residents' Bill of Rights immediately

What You Bring
  • Completed STNA course and active state license

  • Must be 25 years of age or older

  • Clean driving record

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Medical Records experience in a long-term care setting (preferred)

  • ART certification (preferred)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Service-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn

  • Positive, can-do attitude and excellent attendance
