573 North Bradley Highway, Rogers City, MI 49779

Job Detail:

• Shift coverage: Monday - Friday 8a-5p
• Patient per day: 20
• Support staff: One MA and one PAR to each provider
• Current EHR: Cerner

Skills and procedure:

• Adult Outpatient
• Pediatric-General Outpatient
• Gynecology-Pelvic exam/pap smear
• EKG Interpretation
• Reverse invoicing - Provider must uses DocTime as of 7/1 to clock in and clock out.
• Do NOT reimburse Med Staff Fees
• No lodging booked through 3rd party websites, ie expedia, kayak, etc
• McLaren is tax exempt and will not reimburse taxes on lodging
• Expenses covered by client will not exceed the limitations listed in the Travel & Expense policy between McLaren Health Care & AHSA.

Submission Requirements ALL MUST BE NOTED ALL TIME OF NAME CLEAR

• Board certified in Family Medicine - REQUIRED
  
• Must have an active MI license at the time of name clear - REQUIRED
• Must have experience in Family Medicine - REQUIRED
• Local to Michigan - REQUIRED
• Self-Query NPDB (Should be pulled within the month) REQUIRED at time of presentation.
• Submit rates at the time of name clear - REQUIRED
