This assignment offers scheduled weekday coverage with call responsibilities and the opportunity to provide care across a variety of complex cardiac procedures.

Assignment Details
- Setting: Inpatient
- Start Date: As soon as credentialed
- Coverage Blocks: Multiple one-week assignments available
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-10 hour shifts
- Call: Overnight and weekend call required
- EMR: Epic
Clinical Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia for cardiac surgical procedures
- Support thoracic, vascular, and structural heart cases
- Perform transesophageal echocardiography (TEE)
- Provide general OR anesthesia coverage as needed
- Occasional supervision of CRNAs
Requirements
- Board Certified in General Anesthesiology
- Cardiac Anesthesiology fellowship required
- TEE certification required
- Advanced Perioperative Echocardiography testamur status required
- Active Nebraska license or IMLC preferred
- Clean malpractice and background history preferred
