A well-established, collegial Orthopedic Surgery & Sports Medicine practice in Paducah, KY is seeking a BC/BE Orthopedic Surgeon to join a growing regional team.

This role offers diverse clinical exposure across a wide range of orthopedic conditions, the opportunity to help build a regional practice, and a stable, established referral base. Physicians can choose a flexible schedule " four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days " supporting a strong work-life balance.
Ideal Candidate
A collaborative, team-oriented orthopedic surgeon who is passionate about patient care, willing to share a limited call rotation (one week/month), and eager to contribute to the growth and success of a regional practice.
