A leading health system in the Concho Valley of Texas is seeking a BC/BE Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join a collaborative surgical team providing advanced care for heart, lung, esophageal, and thoracic conditions in a growing regional medical center.
Position Highlights: - Build and grow a busy cardiothoracic surgery practice in a thriving Texas community
- Manage a balanced schedule with 4 OR days and 1 clinic day per week
- Support a diverse surgical caseload with outpatient and operative responsibilities
- Enjoy a 1:3 call schedule with dedicated team support
- Collaborate with 3 advanced practice providers to optimize patient care
- Treat complex conditions involving the heart, lungs, esophagus, and chest cavity
- Join a supportive team focused on clinical excellence, quality, and patient satisfaction
- Practice within a regional referral center with advanced technology and resources
