A growing, highly respected health system just northeast of Midland, TX is seeking a BC/BE General Surgeon to help expand surgical services in a community-focused setting while benefiting from the resources, support, and specialty network of an established regional healthcare organization.
Position Highlights: - Help shape and grow surgical services in an expanding regional market

Qualifications: - Board Certified/Board Eligible General Surgeon
- Strong commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
- Interest in growing and strengthening community-based surgical services
- Values autonomy, collaboration, and teamwork
- Endoscopy experience required
- Robotic surgery experience preferred
- Commitment to clinical excellence, quality, and patient satisfaction
