Job description

$170,000 salary plus bonus and strong benefits. Work 8a to 8p except Sunday's which are 12-4. Approximately 4 on 3 off - benefits include family health, malpractice (2mil/4mil claims) 401k match up to 6%, life insurance, disability and 20k sign on bonus and relocation assistance.
