HOSPITLAIST -DAY SHIFTS ONLYPRACTICE Hospital employed structure
166 Shifts per year You can set your desired schedule (E.g. - 10 on 10 off, 30 on 30 off, 14 on 14 off, 5 on 5 off, etc.)
NO PROCEDURES True census is 16/day
No mid-level supervision duties
Can teach residents if desired (extra stipend)
8 Rounding teams, 2 admitting teams, and 2 nocturnist teams
Leadership opportunities
30 Day blackout period for vacation time
270 Bed hospital
Level I Trauma center
Comp = From $281K to $373K based on experience
$12K Quality Bonus
Extra shifts up to $179/hr
Sign-on bonus of $40K+, $5K CME, malpractice, tail, Loan support programs
Relo up to $20K
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS BE/BC in IM or FP
2+ Years experience as a hospitalist
Does not qualify for sponsorships
Open to all experience levels
