Job description

  • Specialty:
    • Urgent Care
    • Can take NP or PA
    • Coverage Needs:
      • Need ASAP- Ongoing
      • Shifts:
        • Looking for weekend coverage
        • Will also be open to Mondays and Fridays
        • Setting:
          • Urgnet Care facilities
          • Will move between several sites (all within 45 minutes of each other)
          • Census:
            • 30 pts per day
            • Support Staff:
              • Full support staff
              • Multiple providers
              • Procedures:
                • All standard urgent care required
                • Board Certification:
                  • Board Certified preffered
                  • Travel:
                    • Facility will cover
                    • Looking for commutable candidates only (will consider lodging)
                    • Credentialing timeline:
                      • Will be able to start by September
                      • Requirements:
                        • Active CTstate license
                        • Active DEA in CTor willing to transfer
                        • BLS
