4 10-hour shifts per week admin time built into schedule
Up to 28 patients per day in 15-minute slots
Mix of acute and preventive care newborn to age 18
FQHC setting community health experience a plus
Well-child visits, sports physicals, acute URI/otitis media management
Comfort with Medicaid population and 340B pharmacy coordination
Hospital privileges required
Spanish language skills a plus
