Job SummaryWe are seeking a Physician Assistant to join our growing Neurosurgery team in Beaumont, TX. This position offers a mix of outpatient clinic, inpatient rounding, and hospital consult responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have prior surgical, neurosurgical, or inpatient experience.This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and expanding neurosurgery practice with strong patient demand and long-term growth potential. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outpatient clinic visits, including new patient evaluations and follow-up appointments
- Perform post-operative patient management and follow-up care
- Round on hospitalized neurosurgical patients
- Evaluate and manage inpatient consults
- Order and interpret diagnostic studies, labs, and imaging
- Collaborate with physicians and hospital staff to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery expectations
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR Qualifications
- Current Texas license as a Physician Assistant
- NCCPA certification
- Previous neurosurgery, surgery, orthopedic, spine, or inpatient experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team Schedule & Compensation
- Primarily MondayFriday schedule
- Typical clinic hours approximately 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
