Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

A leading healthcare provider is seeking an NP/PA near Chicago, IL with experience in primary care and occupational medicine to provide quality patient care for a Locum Tenens assignment starting ASAP

Schedule:

- Full Time: M, W, F 8:30 am - 5 pm (30 min meal), Tuesday 8:30a - 1:30p, Thursday 10 am - 7 pm (1-hour meal)

-Start date: As soon as credentialed through 11/01 with potential to extend

Practice Setting:

-Outpatient clinic

-2 patients per hour

-Support from RN and front desk

Cases and Procedures:

-Full Primary care, (sick visits, routine health maintenance, hypertension, upper respiratory, back pain)

-Physical Exams

-Acute Care

DOT certification is preferred, but not required
