Job description

  • $125/hr
  • 8a-6:30p or 11a-10pm M-F and 8-6 weekends
  • Will work 2 weekends a month
  • Schedule will be made 2 months in advance so provider will know their schedule.
  • No call
  • RACTICE DETAILS: Patients per Day/Volume: Estimated 3 Patients per hour for lower acuity. If handling moderate acuity, 2.5 per hour.
  • Type of Patients/Cases: Urgent Care Lower Acuity Fast Track patients that are not critically ill All Ages Birth to Death.
  • Certifications/Qualifications Required : ACLS & PALS.
  • Active CO state license needed
